本次研究共计向私营及公共部门的200名节能专家发放了调查问卷，水资源论证，调查结果表明：能源审计和勘探与实现商业建筑领域的能源效率密切相关。相反，由于缺乏明确的支持性调查结果，本次研究无法得出关于能源审计和勘探有效性的相关结论。然而，调查结果表明：能源审计和勘探在“项目复杂度”、“技术知识要求”、“耗费时长”以及“降低能耗成本的过佳预测”等方面影响力和有效性较低，佐证了多位知名研究人员的观点。

Abstract：This research studies the effectiveness of energy audits and surveys as a tool to achieve energy efficiency and also as an indirect tool to reduce CO2 emissions in commercial building sector. The research seeks to evaluate the perceptions of energy conservation specialists pertaining to the effectiveness of energy audits and surveys. The critical and exhaustive review of literature around the topic of energy audits and surveys， energy efficiency and Global Warming provided vital information that formed the basis for all questions in the survey questionnaire.

The questionnaires were sent out to 200 energy conservation specialists in both private and public sectors. Findings from the mail survey indicated that energy audits and surveys are very relevant to achieve energy efficiency in the commercial building sector. Conversely， the conclusion about the effectiveness of energy audits and surveys could not be established due to lack of clear supporting surveys results. Nevertheless，企业水平衡测试， the survey findings showed that energy audits and surveys ranked poorly in areas such as 'complexity of task'， 'technical knowledge requirement'， 'time consuming' and 'over optimistic prediction of energy cost savings' which all reinforce the views of several well-known researchers.

摘要：本文探讨了能源审计和勘探作为实现能源效率的工具，以及减少商业建筑领域二氧化碳排放量的间接工具，所发挥的作用，并试图对节能专家对能源审计和勘探有效性的理解作出评价。能源审计和勘探、能源效率以及全球变暖等方面详尽的文献综述所提供的重要信息，企业水平衡测试，为本次调查问卷的所有问题奠定了基础。

The main conclusion derived from this research affirms that energy audits and surveys are still effective in many aspects， but it ranked poorly in some areas mainly due to the inefficiency of the energy auditing processes.
本次研究得出的主要结论肯定了能源审计和勘探在许多方面的有效性，但其在很多方面表现的较小影响力主要归因于无效的能源审计过程。
